We have a streamlined our puppy reservation process to ensure each family finds the perfect match:

Join the Waitlist: Interested buyers are added to our waitlist for a specific litter. No deposit is required, and the waitlist is kept private. Contact us to be placed on the waitlist.

Place a Deposit: Once the litter is born, Kristen will reach out to buyers on the waitlist, those who are still interested can then place a deposit. Deposits are accepted in the order they appear on the waitlist. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future litter.

Choosing List is Created: After a deposit is made, the buyer is added to the Choosing List for the respective litter. Puppy selection will occur in the order of the litter's associated Choosing List. Up-to-date choosing lists can be located on our Future Litters page, as well as on each litter's dedicated web page.
We are committed to making the reservation process as transparent and fair as possible for all families.
How does the Choosing List Work?
Our Choosing List follows a first-come, first-served system, as explained above. Your place on the list is determined by the order in which we receive deposits. The list is updated regularly to keep everyone informed.

San Tan Doodles retains the right to the first and second picks from each litter for the San Tan Doodles Breeding Program. Additionally, San Tan Doodles reserves the right to make selections from any litter at its discretion.

See & Select
Your Puppy
When the puppies reach six to seven weeks of age, families on our Choosing List are invited to visit the puppies (virtual or in-person).

At seven weeks old, professional therapy service dog trainers conduct temperament testing on each puppy. A summary of these evaluations will be provided to help families choose the best match for their home.
​
Once the temperament evaluations are complete, families can select their puppy. Puppy selection occurs in order of the Choosing List.

At eight weeks old, buyers are welcomed to our home to pick up their chosen puppy. Puppies can be delivered anywhere in the US for an additional delivery fee, which is determined on a case-by-case basis.
At San Tan Doodles, we believe in empowering you to make an informed decision by providing detailed temperament test results.
To ensure the most accurate evaluations, San Tan Doodles conducts temperament testing at 7 weeks old.
This process helps us meet the needs of both the puppies and your family, ensuring a great match.
By eight weeks time, all puppies have been examined by our veterinarian and have completed their required evaluations.
Payment Information
Our preferred payment method for reservation fees is Zelle. If Zelle is not an option, we also accept PayPal (Friends and Family option only) for reservation fees.

Final payments must be made via Zelle, Paypal or Cash on Puppy Pickup Day.
Families who choose to pay their final balance in cash will not be required to pay sales tax.
Follow Along
San Tan Doodles will invite all families on each Choosing List to a private Facebook Group, where you can view new pictures and have lifelong connections with the families of your puppy’s siblings.
